Privacy Policy
NACA Texas certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) to any other third party.

In order for NACA Texas users to use our products and services, they must provide all information requested at the time of registration (name, email address, etc.). This information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed.

Financial information collected, such as credit card number and expiration date, is used only to charge the customer for the product or service that they are purchasing. It will never be given, sold, shared or exchanged with any third party (other than the credit card authorization center for the express purpose of completing the transaction at hand). Credit card numbers are purged from the system within 24 hours, they are not maintained in the card processors data base.

Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally NACA Texas will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support reasons or provide product update and account information.

NACA Texas also provides various opt-in newsletters to its users. Users can subscribe or unsubscribe from these newsletters at their own will.

Security
We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be emailed.

Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and regarding issues relating to their account, and will reply via email or phone, in accordance with the user's wishes.

Chat Rooms, Message Boards, and Public Forums

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas or other publicly accessible online areas where you have posted your personal information that information can be collected and used by others beyond the control of NACA Texas. In short, by posting personal information online that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties.
